CCM Product Testing Referral Program

Do you have friends or family members that are interested in testing?

Starting October 1, 2026, players will now be able to get a point-per-player they refer to the CCM Product Testing program.

How?

1. Share the application form: Application Form

2. Player submits the application form with YOUR NAME (First Name Last Name) in the box for Reference Code (IF THERE IS NOT A NAME YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR POINT!)

   

3. Once the player has completed the form, and been added into the database, the points will be assigned to your portal

4. When you accumulate enough points, you can redeem them for discount codes to ccmhockey.com
